What type of identification do I need to have?
You will need a government-issued ID that has a photo, physical description, and signature, such as a driver’s license, state-issued ID card, or passport. In the state of Oregon, the ID does not have to be current BUT it must not be more than 3 years expired.
Do you have to come to my house or can you meet in a public location?
No, that is the benefit of using a mobile notary, we are flexible and can meet in any location. We are able to meet at hospitals, care facilities, coffee shops, your place of work, a public library, or any other location that works for you. Often, a public space can provide a neutral setting when multiple parties need to sign the same document.
How much do you charge?
The state mandates that notaries only charge $10 per signature. Extra services, such as travel fees, parking fees, mailing documents, etc. may be additionally charged. Go to the Rates page to see my current rates.
